The Sherwood Middle School Band is composed of 7th and 8th grade band students. 

 

This band prepares music for their concert, as well as working out of the Essential Elements Book 2  to become a better musician on their instrument.

 

The students are encouraged at this point to upgrade their instruments from a beginner model to an intermediate model. Some students may even switch to another instrument such as oboe, bassoon, french horn, euphonium, or tuba.

 

The Middle School Band performs twice during the school year, our winter concert and our spring concert.
