Mr. DeClue has been the Director of Bands at Sherwood since the fall of 2014. Having graduated from Missouri Western State University in 2013, he earned a Bachelor of Music Education with an emphasis in Instrumental Music, as well as a Bachelor of Music Education with an emphasis in Vocal Music. Mr. DeClue has also worked with the Saint Joseph School District and the Maysville R-I School District.

 

Along with being the Director of Bands, Mr. DeClue is a freelance audio engineer and theatre technician having worked with Missouri Western State University, Roubidoux Resident Theatre, and Creative Arts Productions.

 

Mr. DeClue is affiliated with Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Kappa Delta Pi, National Association for Music Education, Missouri Music Educators Association, Missouri Band Masters, Pi Kappa Lambda, Missouri State Teachers Association, and Northwinds Symphonic Band.
